We are a no-till farm
No-Till farming is a holistic method of growing food which prioritizes ecology and soil biology. Soil health is the foundation of our farming practice.
Through restorative, biologically-intensive, and human-scale farming, we eliminate the use of harmful fertilizers, pesticides, and herbicides. Our healthy soils support drought resistance, cycle essential nutrients, and keep pests in check. We avoid large machinery in order to reduce soil compaction and prevent the destruction of natural ecological systems. Our processes increase topsoil and sequester carbon in the ground, supporting global climate health.
